An Incentive Saver account rewards members who save with bonus interest. How’s that for an incentive!
Simply make a commitment to save and we’ll help you on your way. Deposit a minimum of $100 each month into your incentive saver account, don’t make a withdrawal for the month and we’ll pay you your bonus interest.
Don't panic - your money is at-call and accessible in case you need it. Set up an automatic salary credit and watch your savings grow.

Earn bonus on your savings if you deposit $100 or more per calendar month and do not make any withdrawals during the calendar month.

You can get access to your money as soon as it is deposited into your account (cheque deposits are not available until cleared). If you do withdraw though, remember - no bonus interest!
internet banking access
You can view your account balances and transactions online, transfer money to other mecu accounts or accounts at other financial institutions. Future transfers can be scheduled to occur at a date that is convenient for you.
You can also set-up, modify and delete recurring transfers however, you will miss out on the 3% p.a. bonus interest when you do so (rates below as at 09/10/2008).
