The VISA access card is a 'debit' card which is linked to the funds available in your access, deeming or mortgage offset account. Therefore, no interest is charged on VISA access card transactions.

low monthly fee

A monthly fee of $1.65 per card. VISA debit transactions are now free which allows users of the CR (credit) purchase option on the VISA debit card to transact at a low member cost.

access to VISA worldwide

You can withdraw cash from any ATM in Australia and most rediATMs direct charge free (from March 2009) worldwide, pay for purchases using EFTPOS or anywhere VISA is accepted, deposit cash or cheques and withdraw cash at over 2,900 Australia Post shops with Bank@Post.

reporting lost or stolen cards

Call the Visa hotline on (02) 9959 7480 or 1800 224 004 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) in the event of theft, loss or unauthorised use of your Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card or Redicard. On receipt of your notification, your card will be cancelled immediately.
