INTERNET & TELEPHONE BANKING SERVICES ARE NOW ACTIVE. READ BELOW FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
mecu extends a warm welcome to RegionalOne members and looks forward to offering you our competitive range of banking products and services delivered in a socially responsible way.
You have arrived at this page as the website you were used to visiting, regionalone.com.au, is now redirecting to mecu.com.au. The RegionalOne banking system was successfully merged with mecu's on 5th Dec and so all online services are now available to you from this site. Good idea to now bookmark mecu's homepage.
As you would be aware, RegionalOne members elected to merge with mecu on 1 July 2009. If you are not yet familiar with the benefits of our merger, then we invite you to take a look at the information that we’ve provided at the bottom of this page.
As mentioned, we have now created a single banking system for all RegionalOne and mecu members.
Members can access funds via ATM and EFTPOS as per usual. Remember to use rediATMs to avoid direct charges (regular transactions fees still apply though).
To access Internet Banking, simply click the "login to internet banking" link at the top of this page (see illustration below to assist with locating the login link).

When accessing Internet Banking you will need your existing RegionalOne Internet Banking access code and your member number.
Access to Telephone Banking is via 132 888, and follow the prompts. Remember to input your new member number if your's changed.
You will have received a letter advising you if your member number has changed with the conversion of our two banking systems.
If you have not received this letter and experience any difficulty accessing Internet or Telephone banking, please call an mecu member service consultant on 132 888 (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm EST).
You can call 132 888 during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm EST) for assistance with any of your banking needs. Our team of consultants based in regional Victoria are happy to assist you any way they can.
Thank you for your support, we hope the banking system conversion went smoothly for you.
